Purchase & Entry Notes:
The event will be held in Taipei City. Please ensure you can attend in person on the event day. Participation is strictly in person and non-transferable.
Winners will be notified by email and must confirm attendance within the specified period. Failure to reply will result in forfeiting your spot. Alternate winners will be drawn on 2025/08/25 (GMT+8) and confirmed by 2025/08/27 (GMT+8).
Proxy purchases are not accepted. The buyer and participant must be the same person, using the same BetterBio member account. Transfer or resale of qualifications is prohibited. Violations will result in disqualification.
After the winner list is announced, changes to personal information (name, email, etc.) will not be accepted. Please ensure your member details are accurate before participating.
You must fill out the Google Form by 2025/08/18 10:00 (GMT+8) to be eligible.
Each order requires one form submission. For multiple orders, all personal details (except order numbers) must match exactly to be counted as the same participant’s entries.
If the form information does not match the purchase account details, your entry will be invalid.
Only credit card payments are accepted for orders in this Special Zone during the event period.
Shipping & Return Policy:
Orders from the Special Zone placed during the event period will begin shipping from 2025/09/15 (GMT+8) in order of purchase.
If you cancel your order from this Special Zone during the event period, your lottery entries will be forfeited. For returns, all items and gifts must be returned in full. Once the winner list is announced, even if you are not selected, orders cannot be canceled as the lottery entry benefit has already been redeemed.
On-Site Event Guidelines:
Admission requires a valid photo ID matching the name on the Google Form.
Taiwan Citizens: National ID, driver’s license, passport, or NHI card (one of these, valid with a photo). Minors may use a student ID with photo and date of birth, NHI card, or passport.
Foreign Participants: Valid international passport.
Participants under 14 must inform BetterBio customer service before the winner announcement and attend with a legal guardian.
Full event details, schedule, and venue will be provided in the winner notification email.
Seating will be assigned via on-site lottery. No seat changes or moving after admission.
Photography is prohibited except during designated “Photo Time” (mobile phones only). Any violation (including cameras, tripods, etc.) will result in immediate removal from the venue.
Live streaming on social media is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the event, even if the fan sign has been completed.
No gifts will be accepted. Letters only, sealed in an envelope, to be collected at admission and passed to JOY’s management.
During the fan sign, no items, notes, or potentially dangerous objects may be presented to JOY.
Fan sign interaction guidelines (e.g., physical contact, props) will be announced with the winner list.
Overly aggressive behavior, shouting, or unreasonable demands will result in removal from the venue.
