Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose, Ferrous Bisglycinate Chelate Complex (Ferrous Bisglycinate, Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Silicon Dioxide), Zinc Bisglycinate Chelate Complex (Zinc Bisglycinate, Glycine, Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide), Potato Starch, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

Capsule Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), Purified Water, Carrageenan, Titanium Dioxide, Potassium Chloride.

Net Contents: 30 capsules (12.6 g total).

Suggested Use: Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily after meals with cool or room-temperature water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 2 capsules.
